Comparison
SparkMentor vs Grammarly: polish sentences or strengthen the essay?
Grammarly fixes sentences. SparkMentor's essay feedback works on what teachers actually mark: is the thesis arguable, is the structure right, does the evidence do its job, and it explains why, so your next essay starts stronger.
Why SparkMentor wins
- You want feedback on your argument, not only your sentences
- You want to learn to write better, not have it rewritten
- You also need tutoring in other subjects

Same question: Improve my thesis: “Social media has changed how teenagers communicate.”
Illustrative example written by us to show the two approaches. It is not a capture of Grammarly, which can also explain step by step when asked.
